Christine Collins Brannan

Christine Collins Brannan, 94, of Deer Park, passed away May 29th, 2025. Shew as born in Ardmore, Oklahoma on Aprile 5th, 1931 to Jack and Mallie Collins. She was married to Charles Brannan for 59 years.

Chris retired as an operator for Southwestern Bell and Owned her own dress store – Christy’s Casuals. She was a member of South Avenue Baptist for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Brannan, Daughter Christy Page, Sister Linda Stanley, Brother Jack Lloyd Collins, Mother Mallie Collins, and Father Jack Collins.

She is survived by Daughter/ Granddaughter – Tracy Marshall and husband Wade, Great Granddaughter – Alyssa Marshall and her husband Justin Wiser, Great Grandson – Jacob Marshall, Great Great Grandkids, Jax and Mila, Sister Doris Gholson, Brother-in-law Tommy Stanley, Dear Friend and in-law Glenda Marshall and numerous nieces and nephews and her beloved Shih Tzu Macy.

Chris was such a loving generous person – toward everyone, especially her family. She was an incredible matriarch of the family and will be dearly missed.

A visitation will be held at Grand View Funeral Home, located at 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505, on June 3, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

A graveside service will take place at the same venue on June 4, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, followed by a committal service from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
