Christopher James Soto-Hamn was born on October 12, 1981 to Elena Rocha and Hector Soto, Jr. in Riverside, California. Chris grew up in the La Porte/Deer Park area and attended Deer Park High School, where he was a graduate of the Class of 2000. After graduating high school, Chris moved to the Hill Country with his life partner and husband Justin Hamn.
Anyone who knew Chris, knew that he was a kind, loving, caring, and an overall amazing person. Chris’ family and friends will miss him more than words can say.
Christopher James Soto-Hamn is preceded in death by husband Justin Hamn, and brother Alexander Soto. He is survived by mother Elena Rocha, father Hector Soto, Jr., grandmother Victoria Adams, brother Jason Soto and wife Brooke Soto, brother Jesse Soto and wife Crystal Soto, nephews and nieces- Alexis, Grace, Jason Jr., Maverick, step-mother Karla Soto as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A visitation for Christopher will be held Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505, followed by a memorial service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
