Ella Loretta Edwards was born on July 4, 1932 in Canadian, Texas. She passed away on July 9, 2011 in Pasadena, Texas. She worked as a Respiratory Therapist at Southmore Hospital in Pasadena. Ella is preceded in death by her husband O.K. Edwards and two sons, Kenneth Glen Edwards and Thomas Gwen Edwards. She is survived by her sister Louise Noah of Duncanville, Texas; her brother Clay Reames of Perryton, Texas; daughter Edna Cherry-Smith of Spring, Texas; daughter Terica Fajkus and husband Larry of Deer Park, Texas; son Orbie Edwards and wife Gloria of Pasadena, Texas; Daughter-in-Law, Ruth Ann Edwards of Wheeler, Texas. Other survivors include her 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Ella “Granny” will be forever loved and deeply missed. Family will receive friends Monday, July 11, 2011 from 5-8 p.m. at Grand View Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 12 p.m. in the Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home with a Committal service to follow in Grand View Memorial Park.
