Frank Garza Cordero, Sr. passed away in Pasadena, Texas on August 24, 2014 at the age of 73. He was born on May 18, 1941 in Rosenberg, Texas. Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel Cordero, Sr. and Avelina Garza Cordero; and his brother, Manuel Cordero, Jr. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Mary H. Cordero; 4 sons, Robert Thomas Cordero, Frank Alonzo Cordero, Jr. and wife Anesha, Larry Lee Cordero and wife Keri, Steven Patrick Cordero and wife Yamila; 1 daughter, Delia Marie Cordero; 5 grandchildren, Sophia Laraine Cordero, Nathan Lee Cordero, Ruben Alfonso Barrera, Jacob Andrew Barrera, and Matthew Steven Cordero; 2 brothers, Ray Cordero and wife Lupe, Adolpho Cordero and wife Herminda; 9 sisters, Carmen Moreno, Mary Cordero, Evelyn Hooks, Eva Prado, Elina Sanchez, Sally Morales and husband Larry, Linda Munoz and husband Sam, Lori Clifton and husband Allen, Estella Bustamante and husband Rudy, Annie Arreguin; and sister-in-law Isabell Cordero.
A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Grand View Funeral Home on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 12:30 p.m.
