He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Connie, daughter Cheryl and husband Mike, son Brent, and 2 grandchildren Nolan and Nathan Waters.
Horace took pride in being a reliable and strong provider for his family. Being PawPaw to his grandchildren brought him immense joy. He also enjoyed teaching his children gun safety and the true meaning of unconditional and tough love.
Horace worked as a master electrician for 38 years and was a member of the IBEW local union 716 for over 50 years. In his free time he enjoyed farming, training bird dogs, and being outdoors.
He will be remembered for his strong-will, generosity, and love for his family.
