

Loisel was born was born on 08-03-1930 in Gretna, Louisiana to Armond Joseph Landry and Anita Marie Landry. As a young child, she moved to Pasadena, Texas. Before graduating Pasadena High School in 1948, she was the head twirler and was voted “The most likely to Flirt” by her peers. Loisel Marguriet Wilson had many names such as “Lou”, “Nanny”, and “Gram Lou”, “The Little old Lady from Pasadena. She loved them all. She wore many hats in her lifetime; she was a professional Cosmetologist and sold Avon all while raising her children. She was a mother figure not only to her children but to nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. She was passionate about family and life. Loisel was always dressed like a movie star and will be remembered for her purple hair in the last year of her life!
Loisel Marguriet Wilson survived by her daughter Mariane Hall and Husband Jim Hall, daughter Mara Wilson and life partner Tom Harrington, daughter Marvette Bailey and Husband Dennis Bailey, and her son James Wilson and wife Elizabeth Wilson. Her 3 Grandchildren are Regina Pickering, Sterling Hinkle, Christopher Wilson and life partner Makayla Shay, and 3 great grandchildren, Jacob Pickering, Ryan Pickering and Acie Wilson. Loisel Margaret Wilson was preceded in death by her Husband Martin A, “Zeke” Wilson who passed April 15, 2005.
A funeral and celebration of life will be held on Saturday June 13th at 11:30 am with a graveside to follow at Grandview Funeral Home in Pasadena Texas.
She will be deeply missed by family and everyone that ever knew her.
