Lynn Brown

She was born in San Antonio, Texas on November 13, 1954 to Nancy and William “Bill” Strickland. Lynn met the love of her life, Tim in 1983 and they married in 1987.

Lynn started her career in Apartment Management she was the manager of several large apartment companies. In her 30s she went back to school graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Degree in Education from The University of Houston Downtown.

Lynn was very active in animal rescue, having saved 100’s of animals over the years. She loved music, cooking and sewing, often sewing outfits for her daughter, Erin. She loved spending time with her animals and her family especially her two granddaughters.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents and her sister LeAnn.

She is survived by her loving husband Tim, daughter Erin and two granddaughters Baylee and Emilee.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to your favorite Animal Rescue. Lynn was a huge supporter of the ASPCA.

Visitation will be held at Grand View Funeral Home, located at 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas, 77505, on June 21, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. A Celebration of Lynn's Life will begin at 2:00 pm. Immediately following, she will be laid to rest at Grand View Memorial Park.
