Royce was married to Stella Nowak for 64 years. He spent 40 years working for Champion Papers, during which he developed a passion for fixing anything, ensuring there was always food on the table, and providing a home where the lights were always on.
He was preceded in death by his son, William D. Walters. He is survived by his beloved wife, Stella, and his family, including his son Brad Walters, son Bruce K. Walters, grandson Corey Walters, and granddaughter Alyse Tinoco.
Visitation will be held at Grand View Funeral Home, located at 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505, on January 24th, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The funeral service will take place at the same venue on January 25th, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
A graveside service will follow at South Park Cemetery, 1310 N Main St, Pearland, TX 77581, on January 25th, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
Royce will be remembered for his unwavering commitment to his family and his ability to bring light and warmth to their lives.
