Terry was preceded in death by the love of his life and wife of 58 years, Paula Bethel, who passed away on December 26, 2025. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Vivian Bethel, and his brother, Robert Bethel.
He is survived by his daughters, Amie Bethel, Jenni Guzman and husband, Mark; and his beloved grandchildren, Austen and Maddie Guzman, who brought him great pride and joy. He is also survived by his sister Cindy Shrode and husband Jerry.
Terry loved his family deeply and found great happiness in spending time with them. He was a faithful member of Creekmont Baptist Church, where his faith guided his life and service to others.
Terry worked as a pharmacist for over 40 years, serving his community at Key Rexall Drugs and later at Eckerd/CVS. He was known for his kindness, dedication, and genuine care for those he served. Helping others was at the heart of who he was.
Terry will be remembered for his generous spirit, quiet strength, and unwavering love for his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
