Angel was a consummate family man; his dedication to his late wife of nearly 60 years was an embodiment of enduring love. He found joy in the little things; be it cooking a delightful fish dish, savoring the richness of ripe fruits, or simply relishing the serenity of the great outdoors. Known for his diligent work ethic, Angel, a member of Woodman of the World in Idaho, advocated the importance of hard work, helping others, and humility to his children. His teachings were not just verbal, but a reflection of his everyday life. An embodiment of resilience and adaptability, Angel once worked as a migrant, a testament to his commitment to provide for his family. A journey of five days with his children was an example of his perseverance. A man of profound faith, Angel was a regular at St. Anne's Catholic Church, where he served as a deacon. He actively participated in church services, lead rosaries, and, with humility and patience, ensured his children nurtured their relationship with faith and spirituality. His care for each of his children was boundless, particularly as evident in his special attention to Adrian's car oil. Angel loved to converse and make friends, ensuring everyone felt a sense of acceptance in his presence. Known for his boundless generosity, he wouldn’t hesitate to "take the shirt off his back" to help others. His legacy is one of love, unity, charity, and unwavering devotion. His spirit lives on in the recipes he loved, the life lessons he imparted, the nature he adored, the faith he advocated, and the love he shared.
