

January 17, 2026. She was surrounded by her family at the time of her passing.
Nohemi "Mi Reyna" loved life and unconditionally loved all who knew her. She was known for her
constant smile, gentle spirit, and humble heart, never asking for much. A devoted
homemaker, and incredible dancer, and a faithful woman of God, forever in our hearts.
She is survived by her daughters, Nina, Rosalinda, Noemi, Veronica, and Frances; her 21
grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Demetrio
Lopez of Monterrey, Mexico; and her sisters, Paula Reyes of Donna, Texas; Rosabel Chitoy
Escamilla and Marcilia Lopez of Mission, Texas; and Herlinda Carrizalez and Quiti San Miguel, both of Monterrey, Mexico.
She is reunited in Heaven with her husband, Carlos Cazares; her son, Carlos Jr .; her grandchild, Bryan; her great-grandchildren, Skylan and Isaac; two brothers and two sisters, all of whom she loved dearly. She now rests in eternal peace.
A public service to celebrate the life of Nohemi L. Cazares will be held on January 25, 2026, at Del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr, Texas.
