Norma Garza

She is survived by her devoted husband, Jaime Garza, and her beloved children, Jaime Alejandro Garza and Romeo Simon Garza. Norma also leaves behind her cherished step-daughters, Jacqueline Garza and Lisa Marie Garza.

She is remembered by her siblings, including her sisters Angie Gonzalez, Rosa Reyna (Eugenio), Linda Gomez (Ricardo), Graciela Cruz (Ricardo), Belen Torres (Alberto), Paula Vaiz, and Ida Newman (Brett), as well as her brothers Rogelio Vaiz (Enedelia), Ricardo Vaiz (Francisca), and Juan Vaiz (Diana).

Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Julian Vaiz and Andrea Vaiz, as well as her siblings Julian Vaiz Jr., Gilbert Vaiz, Margarita Vaiz, and Belen Vaiz.

Norma had a passion for watching football, with the Dallas Cowboys being her favorite team. She enjoyed spending time at the beach and loved going wine tasting. Traveling was another of her joys, with South Padre Island and Fredericksburg being among her favorite destinations.

A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley, located at 4607 North Sugar Road, Pharr, TX 78577, on December 31, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A eulogy and prayer service will take place at the same venue from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

Norma's warmth and love will be missed by all who knew her.
