Robert, also known as MacGyver due to his ingenuity of jury-rigging making use of whatever items at hand. Robert worked in the oil field industry and later worked as a motorcycle technician.
Survived by: mother Elizabeth Rodriguez; son Robert “Robbie” Rodriguez; daughter Brittney Sanchez (fiancé Shane Whitaker); grandchildren Jazmyne Pineda and Silvano Jaciel Sanchez, and he is survived by sisters, Patricia Morado (Gilbert), Melissa DiPento (Joe), a brother, Joey “J Rod” Rodriguez and a niece and two nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Joe Rodriguez (2024).
Robert’s family will receive family and friends on Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Funeraria Del Angel, 4607 North Sugar Road, Pharr, Texas 78577.
Interment will follow at 11:00 A.M at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens, 4607 North Sugar Road, Pharr, Texas 78577.
