Roman was a toy collector, loved video games and cooking. After graduating high school, Roman pursued his career in Culinary Arts and became a chef. His passion was cooking and fishing.
Roman, is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; Alicia Morales and Federico Gomez and Andres and Rosa Ortega.
He is survived by his parents; Roman and Alicia Ortega, one sister; Diana K. Ortega and her children; Alejandro Maki Concepcion, Isela Isabella Concepcion and Yaretzi Itzel Sagastume.
A visitation for Roman will be held Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and a Rosary at 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr, Texas. Cremation Services are scheduled for a later date.
