Betty Rose Wing, age 95, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, April 7, 2022. Betty was born September 8, 1926, in Rome, Georgia.

A visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, April 11, 2022, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama, 36867. Following the visitation there will be a graveside funeral service at 2:00 PM, at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery, 553 Hwy 165, Fort Mitchell, Alabama, 36856. Pastor Dean Knipe will officiate.

Betty is survived by her loving daughter-in-law, Saundra "Gail" Clement; grandsons, Jamie Tolemy, Tim Clement, and Michael Clement (Cindy and Brayden); great granddaughter, Krystal Dennis; great great granddaughter, Ryatt; Several nieces and nephews.

She is proceeded in death her husband, Major Lubert Wing and son, Joseph D. Clement.
