Franklin was born September 2, 1971 in Guam; son of Herbert William Toves and the late Lucy Elizabeth Nauta Toves. Franklin was an avid fisherman and an excellent handyman.
Other than his mother, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Albert and KennyToves.
Survivors include Janie Allen Toves and family, father Herbert "Bill" Toves, brothers, Charles Toves (Roxanne) and family, Jeffery Toves (Mona) and family, sister, Bertha Taitague (Robert) and family, Tina Marie Toves and children, Marquel (Beth) and family, Frances, Jessirina, Josiah Toves , Jazzlyn Davina Henry, Gemma Benavente along with two grandchildren, Jayven and Madison.
A visitation with rosary for Franklin will be held Friday, September 24, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867. A cremation will occur Monday, September 27, 2021 at Columbus Cremation Service, Columbus, Georgia.
