Govindbhai N. Patel, 84 of Phenix City, AL died Thursday, March 30, 2017 at the Midtown Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. EDT Tuesday, April 4, 2017 in Lakewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby in Phenix City, AL. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Mr. Patel was born September 14, 1932 in Dhaman, India; son of the late Narsibhai and Dudhiben Patel. Survivors include his daughters, Kiren Patel and son-in-law, Shashi Patel, Dhaksha Thaker and son-in-law, Ashwin Thaker; daughter-in-law, Jayshree Patel; grandson, Umang Patel and granddaughter-in-law, Niti Patel; great grandson, Rian Patel and great granddaughter, Sarina Patel.
