Jacob Presley Anderson

Jacob Presley Anderson, 18 of Fortson, Georgia passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. EST Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Lakeview Memory Gardens with Rev. Boyd Cochran officiating, according to Striffler-Hamby in Phenix City. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Jacob was born April 22, 1998 in Columbus, Georgia; son of the late John H. Anderson and Joy Anderson of Fortson, GA. He was a 2016 graduate of Harris County High School and was attending South Georgia Technical College. He loved skateboarding, music, fast cars and working on cars.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Joy Anderson and Scott Baker of Fortson, GA, step-mother, Beth Anderson of Phenix City, AL, aunts, Nancy "Nee" Seifert of Fortson, GA, uncle, J.J. "Unc Gator" Geller of Fortson, GA, cousin, James Seifert, wife Viki and their daughter, Lidia, uncle Robbie Anderson, wife Catherine and their children,Samantha Mikles and daughter, Ryann, Clifton Mikles, Preston Anderson, Brooke Anderson, uncle, Casey Weinburg of Phoenix, AZ, paternal grandparents, Cliff and Cindy Anderson of Tuscon, AZ, Shirley Anderson and Steve Weinburg of Phoenix, AZ, maternal grandparents, Fred and JaNet Norris of Columbus, GA, aunt, Denise Moon husband Terry and their son, Evan of Atlanta, GA, maternal grandmother, Aneva Baker of Columbus, GA, paternal grandmother, Linda Baker of Phenix City, AL and cousin Andrea Johnson of Philadelphia, PA.
