John Franklin Storey, Jr., 71 of Phenix City, Alabama died Thursday, March 31, 2016 at his home. The family will receive friends Saturday April 2, 2016 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at Striffler-Hamby in Phenix City, AL.
Mr. Storey was born October 14, 1944 in Marion County, Georgia; son of the late John F. Storey, Sr. and Louise Thompson Storey. He was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church in Phenix City and was very active in the community. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Ann Storey.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Rob and Lori Storey, grandchildren, Jon Boy Storey and Lauren Storey all of Phenix City, AL and his sister, Judy Pilcher and husband T.J. of Buena Vista, GA.
