Mary Nell Piland

A visitation for family and friends will be held at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary - Phenix City in Lakewood Hall, located at 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama, 36867, on December 3, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will follow at the same location, starting at 2:00 pm, EDT.

Interment will take place at Lakeview Memory Gardens, 3800 Hwy 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama, 36867.

Mrs. Piland is preceded in death by her parents, Mack and Pastell Phillips Williams, her husband, Raymond Piland, son-in-law, Gene Hamric and many brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her daughter, Karen Hamric, son, Gerald Sharpe (Cille), daughter, Catherine Shea (Dale); grandchildren, Amber Sebo, Brittnie Robinson (Sean), Jamie Sharpe, Olivia Shea, Hannah Shea, Gene Hamric, III (Crystal), many great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
