Michael Olease Cannon Sr.

A Visitation for family and friends for Michael will be held Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at Lakewood Baptist Church, 4011 Lakewood Dr., Phenix City, Alabama 36867. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will follow Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM, 4011 Lakewood Dr., Phenix City, Alabama 36867. A Private Interment will occur at Lakeview Memory Gardens, 3800 Hwy 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867.

Michael was born March 13, 1960 in Columbus, Georgia; son of the late M. Olease and Sara Slocumb Cannon. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his late wife, Debbie Boyett Cannon, brother, Sandy Brewer and his sister, Sharon Cannon Byars.

Survivors include his son, Michael Olease Cannon, Jr. and wife, Emily, daughter, Hailey Micahle Cannon, step-daughter, Brittany Shae Wright. He also survived by his sisters, Miriam Cannon Brasher and husband, Ronnie, Wanda Cannon Masters and husband, David, sister-in-law, Terrie Lunsford Brewer, brother-in-law, Gary Byars, grandchildren, Scarlet Cannon, Kayden Rushing, Keagen Rushing and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
