Sandra "Bugga" Kay Livingston-Parmer

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm EDT, Monday, May 8, 2023 in Lakewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby in Phenix City, AL with burial following in Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 7 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at the funeral home.

Sandra was born February 20, 1957 in El Paso, Texas; daughter of the late Hugh and Soledad Vasquez Livingston. She was employed with Hughes Heating and Air in Phenix City, AL.

Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Dale Parmer, daughters, Brook Parmer and Rebecca Livingston; brother, Hugh Livingston, Jr., nephews, Snap Livingston and Hunter Livingston; great nephews, Kayden Livingston, Montana Livingston, Easton Livingston and great niece, Hadley Livingston. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Debbie Phillips and nephew, Brian Phillips, her aunt, Betty Williamson and her fur baby "Bella".
