Billy Ray Dodd, age 91, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.

A funeral service for Billy will be held Friday, September 22, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042, followed by a committal service from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
