A visitation for Billy will be held Friday, August 13, 2021 at 9:00 AM at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Southern Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 AM.
