Bonnie Belle Yates

Bonnie Belle Yates, 89, passed away peacefully on November 26 at 9:45 pm in her Mesa Home with her loving family by her side. Bonnie was born on April 17, 1924 in Wray, Colorado to Myron and Naomi Newton.

Lived with husband and family in Seattle area before moving to Overgaard, Arizona where for 18 years they owned the Overgaard RV resort trailer park. Bonnie and her Husband, Warren, lived in Cottonwood for 9 years before moving to Mesa, Arizona in 1999.

Bonnie is survived by her son Harley & wife Carole, daughter Connie & George. 7 grandchildren: Stephanie, Michelle, Gabrielle, Ursula, Duane, Rhonda, and Sean. 7 great grandchildren: Whitney, Andy, Jessica, Amanda, Tiffany, Joshua, Maryann. 3 great-great grandchildren: Ariyah and Sawyer and Zachary.

She was preceded in death by her husband Warren D. Yates of 62 years. Her great grandson Garrett and her great-great grandson Gabriel.

A celebration of life will be held at East Resthaven Park Mortuary & Cemetery. 4310 East Southern Avenue, Phoenix Arizona 85042. On Thursday, December 12, 2013. Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm till 1:00 pm. Funeral will be held at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to The Crossing: Hospice Care, Inc. 7500 N.
