Frances E. De Blois, 90, who came to Chandler in 1956 from Dawson, Minnesota, died Monday, January 6, 2014 after a long illness, at Hospice of the Valley in Chandler, Arizona. Mrs. De Blois worked for the United States War Department during WWII at the Port of Embarkation in Seattle, Washington, then at Motorola as a Quality Control Inspector until she retired at the age of 67. Survivors include two daughters, Ida Williams of Phoenix and Gail De Blois of Chandler; two grandchildren, Victor Price of Chandler and Shannon Ward and her husband Deven Ward of Casa Grande.
