Genevieve Fuller, 83, passed away October 27, 2016 in Phoenix. One of fourteen children, she was born to Elifonsita and Joe Gonzales in Capulin, CO. Genevieve was an elementary school teacher. She loved football, especially the Denver Broncos, and enjoyed watching NASCAR racing. Genevieve also adored her aviary where she could care for all her special birds.
Genevieve was preceded in death by her loving husband Grant Fuller on September 30, 1997. She is survived by two sisters, Helen Fusilier of Rifle, Colorado and Isidora (Albert) Fusilier of Lake Charles, Louisiana; two brothers Pete (Elsie) Gonzales of Denver Colorado and George (Stella) Gonzales of Twin Falls, Idaho. Genevieve is also survived by twenty nieces and nephews and thirty great nieces and nephews. Genevieve also is the step-mother to three children and four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Services will be held at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, 85042 (602-437-0436) with Visitation and Rosary on Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 1:00 - 5:00 pm and Funeral on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 11:00am. Arrangements under the direction of Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, Phoenix, AZ.
