Gladys Adams was born on 11/20/1916 in Tollette, Arkansas to the parents of Edward and Classie Davis. Her brothers and sister Tom, Willie, Ellis, Elmore and Ozaree preceded her in death. She was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Worthy Adams in Tollette, Arkansas. To this union ten children were born. One son, L.C. and two daughters, Ruthie May and Ruth El who preceded her in death.
In 1963, she moved to Maricopa, Arizona at the Hathaway address, where she resided until her death on December 30, 2012. Gladys Adams believed in God and was a participant in church services at her home until her health began to fail.
She leaves to cherish her memories three daughters Eva McConnell, Priscilla Brytus and Peggie Adams and Four sons Fezel , Worthy Jr., Jewel and Pitt Adams all of Maricopa, Arizona. As well as a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
