A funeral service for Jake will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Saint Benedict Catholic Church, 16223 S 48th St, Phoenix, AZ 85048. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Resthaven/Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042.
