John Luis Montalvo was born on March 28, 1941 and passed away peacefully on March 23, 2022. There will be a small memorial service on April 11th from 10:00-11:00am at Resthaven/Car-Tenney Mortuary and Memorial Gardens, 4310 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042.
