Michael Anthony LeHew

Mike LeHew, Age 75, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on 12/21/2025.

He was born in Fort Madison, Iowa on June 3, 1950.

Mike Graduated from Aquinas High School, in Fort Madison, Iowa. He moved to Arizona and earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Arizona State University. Mike loved ASU football and all things ASU!

Mike and Sue were married at the Newman Center in Tempe in 1987. He worked for the State of Arizona, DES, for 43 years serving in the Division of Developmental Disabilities, OLCR. He worked closely with state staff and contracted agency staff as a Criminal Records Analyst.

Mike is survived by his wife Sue, Daughter, Victoria and Granddaughter, Berkli. He is also survived by his sister, Maribeth LeHew (Steve Myers), brother, Phil LeHew and (Kim LeHew) and many loving nieces, nephews and other extended family. Mike will be missed by all.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 4, 2026, at: Resthaven/Carr-Tenney - 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042

Visitation is from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, with a Celebration of Life service at 3:00 pm, officiated by Rev. Mary Louise Hendrickson, and reception to follow.

Attire: Black if you wish or incorporate pink, maroon, and gold as a tribute to Mike's favorite color and love for ASU.
