He is preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Carol (nee Kolsto), daughter, Peggy Leeuw, and brothers Robert Perrin and Ralph Perrin.
Dick is survived by his son Mark (Sharon) Perrin, son-in-law Ed Leeuw, brother Raymond Perrin, sisters Ramona Welsh and Rebecca Doty, grandchildren Rebecca Leeuw (Charles Soward II), Ed Leeuw and Zachary Perrin, and great grandsons Charles Soward III, Wyatt Soward and Leland Soward, along with many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A celebration of Richard's life will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Table Of Grace Christian Church, 1215 S Winchester Rd, Apache Junction, AZ 85119. Lunch will be provided immediately following the service.
