He graduated from Linganore High school in 1975. He enlisted early in the United States Air Force here he served our Country until his retirement in 1995. He went to work for the State of Arizona and retired on January 1, 2024.
Victor married Sheila Smith Shaw on March 30, 1979. They went to have three sons Chad M. Shaw, Nicholas A. Shaw, and Matthew J. Shaw.
He survives by them and his grandchildren Kayla Donavon, Lacy Shaw, Desiree Shaw, Kody Shaw, Connor Shaw, Jasper Shaw, and Jacob Shaw.
Including his GREAT grandchildren, Caleb Valentina Anderson, Ariella Anderson, and Winslow Anderson.
