A viewing will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Pico Rivera, located at 9107 East Washington Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA 90660, on February 23, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. A rosary will take place at the same location on the same day, from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
The funeral mass will be conducted at St Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, located at 7215 Newlin Ave, Whittier, CA 90602, on February 26, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
The burial will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park, located at 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, CA 90601, in the Lakeside Gardens section, on February 26, 2026, starting at 2:00 pm. Rafael Felix Perez will be laid to rest in Section Lakeside Gardens, Row 18, Lot 5016, Space 3, through Gate 10.
