Everst EJ Joseph Morales Jr.

Everst Joseph Morales Jr. “EJ”, 67, died on Friday, June 15, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He loved the outdoors, fishing, and hunting and spending time with the family. He is survived by his loving wife, Karen Morales; daughter Bonnie Morales; son and daughter-in-law Chad and Chasity Morales; four grandchildren Evan Gaudet, Alyssa Gaudet, Claire Morales, and Anna Catherine Morales; three sisters Gerdie Campo, Verlin Landry, and Vera Ruiz; five brothers Iry Morales, Ernest Morales, Lesley Morales, Aubrey Morales, and Danny Morales; and mother-in-law Louida Albarado.

Preceded in death by his parents Everst J. and Anita Blanchard Morales Sr.; sister Theresa Morales; and father-in-law Reno Albarado.

Pallbearers will be Evan Gaudet, Iry Morales, Ernest Morales, Lesley Morales, Aubrey Morales, Danny Morales, CJ Mabile, and Dale Campo.

The family would like to give a very special thank you to Dr. Vince Caltado and Narissa RN with Clarity Hospice.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 18, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. at Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Pierre Part at 11:00 a.m.
