Frank was a loving brother, uncle, nephew, and friend. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, hunting, and LSU football. Frank had a passion for spending time with his family, friends, and his dog Millie. He will be remembered for his kind heart and loving spirit.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his brother, Ashley Richard and numerous extended family members.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Adley and Margie Richard and one baby brother Adley Richard Jr.
A visitation for Frank will be held Friday, November 4, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Ourso Funeral Home located at 3305 Highway 70 South, Pierre Part, Louisiana 70339, followed by a funeral service from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
