He Is survived by 3 children: Virgin Dupuis, Jane Coupel (Nathan) and Kenneth Dupuis (Amy) and 5 grandchildren: Drew Theriot, Matthew Coupel, Justin Coupel, Jace Dupuis, and Lilly Dupuis.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Alleman Dupuis, daughter Lisa Dupuis, parents Zephirin and Ida Dupuis, and siblings Nolan Dupuis, Norbert Dupuis, Percy Dupuis, Regina D. Mabile, Inez Ponville Coupel, and Irma D. Berthelot.
The family would like to thank all who helped care for him in his final months, especially his caregivers: Viola, Ashley, Sharon, Shonda, Kim, and Bobby, Cardinal Hospice staff and nurse Callie, and Dr. Eric Gravois.
A visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part, LA, on Monday, January 6, 2024 from 9am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11am at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the mausoleum.
