Art, 
I have never been good at writing these types of things  yet even though some time has passed I wanted you to know that you are missed.... You are and will always be my best friend We most certainly shared some good times out here in Scottsdale, AZ.  
Art was undeniably a  genuine  character.  Yes he always had a smile and it was a smile that no matter how bad your day was, somehow for that moment 'it was  okay". I met Art like so many at work. I remember him sitting next to me and he was on the phone pitching. My first impression was "who is this guy with the 1950's haircut and he's loud!" Oh he would drive me nuts but at the same token I realize this fella is good, "rewrite the book" good. I learned more him in a week than I did in college. He defined the art of selling and never once did he compromise his values to make a dollar. In this area of his life, wow he was straight laced. I for one, was proud of Art for being who he was, a man who held integrity high. His family most definitely exceeded in teaching him this value.  Arthur excelled on so  many levels, he was not only a good person  but humble too. Always had good to say and if someone was down, Art would take a moment and try to get this person going in the right direction. . One subject i will briefly touch, Art had his own demons which so many do. He struggled with addiction and he is not the only one in this world who does, so no matter what he may have done during those times  it makes him no lesser than any of us. Art made some mistakes but those mistakes don't define who or what we are. What does, is how he conducted himself and what he gave of himself to the world, his humanity, compassion and willingness to help others. I am blessed to have been able to experience life with him. Rest in peace brother.. I will see you again. Art was the first business partner I ever had. Due to circumstances it was hard to get a regular job so a I took a telemarketing job and met Art there. A year later we opened our own office and he rest is history. He was a good friend hat always had a smile on his face. He would always joke and I can picture his smile and laugh now. He’s walk around he office saying “soon-dip-da-bing-bang” shuffling his arms in the air. Hard to believe there’s a God when great people with great hearts fight with demons like we do. He didn’t deserve to leave us his way. He will never be forgotten and my thoughts and compassion go out to his family.
