Douglas was born in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1944. He passed away suddenly in the early hours of May 3, 2019 with his wife, Irene, by his side.  They had been married since 1973. In addition to  Irene he leaves a daughter, Hayley, in Johannesburg.
He had a happy,  friendly disposition and always had a smile and a good word to say to everyone.
He will be sorely missed by his family and his wide circle of friends.
My beloved husband, I will miss you forever.
