Frank was born November 6, 1926 in Akron, Ohio to Milton and Victoria (Kroll) Wells. He served in the U.S. Army in WWII and was a retired Real Estate Broker.
He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Milton S. Wells and Charles E. Wells; and a sister, Anna V. Demboski.
He is survived by his children, Vincent Wells and Deborah Perry; grandchildren, Melissa, Rachel and Jennifer, a great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
