He is survived by Brother, Russ Hotchkin; Sister, Augusta Mitchell; Son, Herbert R. Hotchkin; Step-Son, Richard F. Hotchkin Jr.; Step-Daughter,Carol F. Hotchkin; Granddaughters , Faith, Rena, and Star; five Great Grandchildren; and several Nieces, Nephews, and Friends.
