Herbert Norman Rosenblum, 82, of Lighthouse Point died May 24, 2016. Herb loved his family, his boat, and fishing. Born in Newark, New Jersey he married his wife Esther in 1957 and they raised their two daughters Penny (Dennis) and Jill (Greg) in Freehold, New Jersey.
Herb owned Howell Auto Driving School and several other businesses until his retirement in 1995. He was a Korean War Veteran and attended Ryder College. He founded and was President of the CB radio group, Freehold Organization for Radio Communication in Emergencies.
He was proceeded in death by his father Louis, mother Laura, and sister Sandra. Herb will be dearly missed by his wife, daughters, son-in-laws, grandson Connor, granddaughter Nikki, friends, and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
A memorial service will be held at Kraeer Funeral Service at 11 AM on Friday, May 27. Visitation with the family is from 10-11 and lunch will follow the service.
