

Irving Enrico Menucci, was born in Iron County, Michigan on December 26, 1919. He graduated from: Kingsford High in 193, Northern Michigan University in 1942, and Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan in 1950 with a Masters Degree in Education. He taught school from 1946 to 1952 in Keego Harbor, Michigan, then hired as an Assistant Superintendent and Business Manager at Bloomfield Hills School in Michigan from 1952 to retirement in 1977, 25 years as a School Administrator. He entered military service in 1943 as a Naval Cadet, commissioned in 1943 as a Naval Aviator, flying patrol blimps off the west coast. He married his college sweetheart, Mary Louise Lally in 1944 from Ishpeming, Michigan. She died October 21, 1993. They had one daughter, Susan Louise born in 1953. married Michael Amshay from Pontiac, Michigan in 1972. She was a University of Michigan graduated. She was a Reference Librarian at the City of Troy, Michigan until her death in 1998 from cancer. Irving moved to Pompano Beach, Florida after his wife's death. He was interested photography, astromony, golf, sports and travel. He liked to spend his summer months in Michigan, on shores of Lake Huron, where he has a cottage in Greenbush, Michigan. Irving will be buried in next to his wife in Pine Lake Cemetery, W. Bloomfield, Michigan.
