My beautiful mother, Laura Belinda Ruggiero, 47 was more than my mother, she was more than a bestfriend; Our relationship was one of a kind and she passed away in her sleep the morning of June 9, 2020. She leaves behind her 14 year old daughter Anabella, her son 24 Dwight Jr., and her first born from when she was 17 years old; me, Victoria Anne Ruggiero. As well as, her only two grandchildren, my two sons; Apollo 2 years old, and Lorenzo 5 months old. 

THANK HEAVEN she was there in the room for both my deliveries, and she walked and talked me through every step. I could never have done it without her. We had the most unique relationship words cannot do our bond justice. We spoke everyday, 3 hours a day. She taught me how to love, how to forgive, how to not hate for those who harm us, but to pray for them. She taught me how to respect myself, and have others respect me. My mother was the funniest person ever, and her laugh was so loud, obnoxious, and contagious (if you have heard my laugh you know exactly what I am talking about) She loved her family more than anything and she was taken away from us way too soon. I needed her, and we were literally the same person in terms of how big her heart was and how much she devoted her time to praying to God, and for everyone she cared for. 

Mommy I haven't changed, but I'll never be the same...
The only reason I am able to deal with this endless pain is because I know you would want me to take care of myself, live for my little boys, watch over Bella, and have a long healthy, happy life with Matthew. I will continue to make you proud mom. No one could ever come close to that magnetic, beautiful sense of humor and outpour of love you omitted. You are my light when I am in the dark.
I love you to the moon and back.
God took you because you were just way too good for this hateful world, and I know you are at peace with grandma and grandpa watching down on me and my kids as my guardian angel. I love you -Vickie

I recently heard about the passing of Laura.  When went to high school and junior high together.  She and I always had a friendly relationship.  I remember she was able to get along with everyone no matter the race or ethnicity.  Even after high and with social media we would keep in touch with each other.  She had quite a sense of humor and always made me smile.

I pray that your family can get through trying time.  May she rest in peace.

Taken from us way to soon! I’m sorry we never had the opportunity to reconnect. We had some fun times girl! You made me laugh like no other with your quick comebacks and funny stories. We became more than just sister in laws, but friends too. I never will forget you.  Miss you! 💖
