Paulie, as he was called by family and friends, was a force of nature who lived life fully and colorfully starting at a very young age. He always had an adventure around the corner, whether gathering far too much wood to build a bonfire with his cousins in northern Michigan or to jet off to the Bahamas to catch fish and lobster to cook for everyone around. “He was always the biggest personality in the room, but never made anyone feel small.” Paulie had tons of people who considered him not only a friend, but a best friend. Paulie’s love for boating and the water was very evident and this is where he received the nickname “Captain Paul”.
Paul contributed to his family businesses in Michigan and Florida working closely with his brother Michael. He was an innovator at heart and could spot a great deal before anyone else. He always had the best ideas and business advice he shared with family and friends. He could stay up all night collaborating with like-minded people about his hopes and dreams for his future.
Paulie will be deeply missed by his parents Paul & Lisa, his loving sister Marisa, brother Michael and brother-in-law Giorgio, his cherished nephews Christian and Leo. His Grandmothers; Gilda and Mary; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
Paul will be put to rest at sea in a private ceremony.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Paul’s honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
