Anh Thi To, age 76, of Port Arthur, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2026.

Born in Saigon, Vietnam, on January 1, 1950, Anh Thi To lived a life defined by love, strength, and devotion to her family. She will always be remembered as a hardworking, caring, and loving woman who gave endlessly to those around her. Through her strength and dedication, she provided unwavering love and support to her family throughout her life.

Her kindness, sacrifices, and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her. She created a legacy of compassion, resilience, and family that will continue through the generations she loved so deeply.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Ty Truong; her sons, Sang Truong, Thang Truong, Nghia Truong, and John Truong; her daughters, Kim Anh Truong and Kim Hanh Truong; as well as many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A funeral service for Anh Thi To will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 1, 2026, at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home, 4841 39th Street, Port Arthur, Texas 77642. Visitation will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by funeral services.

Anh Thi To will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who loved her.
