He is survived by his wife, Pham Thi Thiet, his 6 children, Chau, Doc, Nga, Giam, Lien, Thuy; 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Friday, May 22, 2026, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Prayers and an offering of Mass at the Queen of Vietnam Catholic Church will be held Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
Burial will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Nate, Cole, Jacob, Joseph, Alex, Johnathan, Jaden and Thuan.
