Robert was born on February 10, 1969, in Fresno, California to Amelia Torres Castellanos and Jose Castellanos. He was a safety inspector for various refineries for many years. Roberto was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Port Arthur and had lived here for twenty-one years as well as California, Florida and Washington State. He loved to dance, sing karaoke with family and friends, enjoyed going to the Casino and loved going to Disney World and Disney Land with his family. Roberto mostly loved his family, his friends and co-workers; he will be missed and never be forgotten.
Survivors include his wife and love of his life, Angelina Castellanos of Port Arthur; brothers, Geraldo Castellanos and his wife Maria, Jorge Castellanos and his wife Lucia all of Port Arthur; Antonio Castellanos and his wife Cecilia and Carols Castellanos and his wife Elvia all of Selah, Washington; numerous nieces and nephews and other family and friends who loved him dearly. Roberto was preceded in death by his parents.
A visitation will take place from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 12, 2021, at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home in Port Arthur with a Christian Vigil to be recited at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 13, 2021, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Port Arthur. Private cremation services will take place at a later date.
