

Alberto Brancaccio of Port St. Lucie, Florida, passed away at home on December 20,2013 at the age of 85. Alberto was born in Naples, Italy in 1928 to Pasquale and Guiseppina Brancaccio. He was 34 years old when he immigrated to America with his family in 1962 and settled in Brooklyn, New York. In 1973, he and his children relocated to Port St. Lucie, Florida, where he founded Bella Roma Bakery 40 years ago, still operated by his son and two grandsons. He was a member of St. Lucie Catholic Church of Port St. Lucie, FL. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Anna Brancaccio; his five children: Lino Brancaccio (Josephine) of PSL, Gene Brancaccio (Lina) of PSL, Ann Fidge (Stan) of PSL, Helen Dempsey of PSL and Lisa Dominic (Michael) of Dania Beach, FL; his seven grandchildren: Albert Brancaccio (Jennifer) of PSL, MaryAnn Matteo (Nick) of PSL, Salvatore Brancaccio of PSL, Albert Brancaccio (Melissa) of PSL, Victor Brancaccio of PSL, Paul Mancini of PSL and Brianna Dempsey of PSL; his five great-grandchildren: Alyssa Brancaccio, Andrew and Kaley Brancaccio, Ava and Gia Matteo; and his sister Mary Del Prete of Brooklyn, NY.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 26, 2013, 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00PM-8:00PM at the Aycock Funeral Home in Port St. Lucie, FL.
A Funeral Mass will be Friday, December 27, 2013, 9:30AM, with interment following at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Ft. Pierce, FL.
