Ann was born in New York, NY and moved to Port St. Lucie in 1991 coming from Pleasantville, NY.
She was a practicing teacher and nurse for over 22 years. Ann was a dedicated Catholic.
She was predeceased by two sisters, Catherine Boylan and Marjorie Boylan.
Survived by friend Evett Simmons of Port St Lucie, FL.
Services will be held at a later date in New York.
